Open day and night, people who are homeless can attend in the day time to get help and be booked in to sleep overnight for up to 7 nights whilst being found more permanent accommodation. Day time staff will help homeless people with applications for housing and DWP claims and there are regular GP visits at the centre for those not registered locally. Out of hours (evening and weekend) access to the hub is by calling the East Suffolk Councils Out of Hours Service.
