Are you a carer?
If you are, please let us know. We would like to note the fact that you are a carer in your medical records so we can alert clinicians who see or speak with you. We can also offer you the annual flu vaccination (free of charge) and an annual health check with a healthcare assistant, as it’s important to look after yourself.
If you have any queries, for instance you may not know what local service can help you with a particular problem, please ask reception. We also have appointments available every two weeks with a solutions adviser who can help with a wide variety of problems and concerns e.g. housing, finances, debt, loneliness. If you feel the nature of your question is a bit sensitive, please speak with the practice manager.
