New Patient Registration
Upon registering, you will be assigned a named GP who is responsible for your overall care.
Named GP
Each patient has a ‘named accountable GP’ on their clinical record. If you do not already know who your named GP is, please ask reception. We aim for you to see your named GP but this may not always be possible and you may be offered an appointment with a different clinician.
How to Register with Us
To register a new patient you will need to live within our practice boundary (below).
If you would like to register with the practice please use the ‘New Patient Registration’ form or register directly through the NHS website.
We request that you provide two forms of identification after registering, this list is available in our registration policy. If you have any questions about acceptable forms of ID, please ask reception.

Overseas Visitors
Those who visit the UK from overseas must pay for their care when they are in England.
In 2015 changes were made to how the NHS charges overseas visitors for healthcare so the NHS does not lose out on income for the services these patients have received.
Temporary Registration
If you’re currently staying with a friend or family member within our GP surgery area for more than 24 hours but less than 3 months, you can ask to register as a temporary resident. You can find more information on registering as a temporary resident on the NHS website.
